Meet Registration, Hotel, and Advertising Information

HOTEL INFORMATION:

The host hotel is the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast, 9664 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040, 513-459-9800 and is where the show will be held.

Please note that the cutoff date for this block of rooms is Friday, May 9, 2025. Reservations can be made in the block up until the block is full or the cutoff date has passed. After the cutoff date, the block and its rate will be closed. Guests may still book but at the regular hotel rate.

ADVERTISING INFORMATION:

If you wish to advertise in the Meet book, please contact Tim Wilson at tim@wilcon-printing.com with your advertising details.
Below are the advertising rates. These can be added with your event registration.

Ad Size Rate
Business Card Advertisement (2" x 3.5") $50 each
1/4 Page Advertisement (4" x 5.5") $100 each
1/2 Page Advertisement (4" x 11") $175 each
Full Page Advertisement (8" x 11") $300 each

BEFORE YOU BEGIN REGISTERING:

Before you begin registering, you will need the following items:

  • Your national Lincoln and Continental Owners Club (LCOC) Membership Number. This can be found on the mailing label of your Lincoln & Continental Comments magazine. If you are not already a member of the LCOC, you may click here to join. If you need to renew your LCOC membership, click here.
  • Your automobile insurance policy number and insurance company name.
  • If you are having a vehicle judged, determine its Divison and Class. Click here for a list of Divisions & Classes.
  • Decide which events you wish to attend before starting your registration. Click here for event details.

DEADLINES:

  • Registering a vehicle to be judged: Friday, May 9, 2025
  • Registering a vehicle for exhibition: Friday, May 9, 2025
  • General registration: Friday, May 9, 2025

We cannot accept registrations over the phone. New registrations must be done on-line, fax, or by mail.

Do NOT mail in your registration after Friday, May 2, 2025. We may not receive it before the registration deadline.
It is recommended that you register on-line.
